I used Laser Light Skeletor's Body as a base, gave him NA-Skeletors legs, boots, helmet, left arm and Robotos claw. The gun is a combination of Floggs weapon and Castaspellas effect. I added some smaller parts (the bottles to his backpack, the spike on his leg, the tube, the spikes on the claw, etc.) from various sources. Then I repainted the dragon from DB-Skeletor and found it can be nicely placed onto his backpack, so he's like "Cybord Dragon Blaster Skeletor" now. His eyes still have that "laser feature", so they can glow, but I removed the feature from his hand. The laser beams on the last picture are from the Tamashii effect series.
