After fixing up Zoom and the Rival, I decided I should finally go back and make the Reverse Flash. I did like his design on the show, and am actually surprised I didn't get around to it before now. Instead, I kept making the classic Reverse Flash design, which utilizes way more yellow. Finally got back to him, though. And for the moment, that finishes up all the villainous speedsters. Well, the main ones at least. And they're bringing in Savitar now, so I guess that's not true in any fashion. Well, three down, then. Head was from a Young Justice Flash, with the belt sculpted up. Full yellow base coat, with some black applied over it, lighter in some areas so the yellow could still bleed through.
