M. Bison was pretty much the first thing that came to my mind when Judge Dredd was brought up by my brother about being used for custom parts.

-Removed all of his accessories(helmet pads ect) and used his elbow pads for the shoulder pads.
-Hat was from a generic police officer figure from a dollar store just re-painted.
-Stuff on his arm in the one picture came on loan from Iron Fist.
-Pretty much everything else was just painting everything to Bison's likeness.
