After many attempts, I finally lengthened his legs to a normal height. After breaking parts, loosing parts, and breaking more parts, I decided to take ball joints, sculpt them onto his legs, and fix them to his pelvis. After making a cape, he was completed.

Thats because it is a Movie Masters Batman. I only lengthened the legs and added a cape. So, yeah.
