I spied the Willy Wonka "Grandpa Joe" figure and instantly saw a resemblance to Basil Fawlty. Modelers putty was used to add just a touch more to the hair and mustache. Then I elongated the legs to give him a more lanky look. The suit and tie were painted to match and the sign board was scratch built and then re-lettered to the specifications of those nasty Torquay neighborhood hoodlums. Hope you like him!
