Ming Hua from Legend of Korra, an armless water bender who makes arm/weapons from water. Used Rey as a base, Arwen head, X-23 hair, wrapped gauze around lower legs, cloth skirt, and arms from hot glue and wire. Hope you like it and comments welcome.
