Hello and welcome! One of my whish list heroes is crossed off and I have a pleasure to present to you the proper heavy weight champ - the king of boxing mr. Balrog. There is a lot of more effective fighters in sf games than Balrog but I love the way he looks. First I wanted to make him in his fameous tshirt but his muscles were looking so amazing that I decided to make him in lasvegas boxing night outfit. I took some hulk figure and there was no part swaping, just sanding off the hair, sculpting almost everything besides shoulders and back and repainted everything. I bought on ebay some kind of ring and changed it in to personalized Balrog fighting arena. Hope you enjoy wathing my contest debut and now lets get ready to rumble!!!!
Incredible custom Balrog! This was my favorite entry in this contest. I had that Hulk base too but never knew what to make from it. This was a brilliant idea. Great work!
This came out well. I have the base figure and never liked the asymmetrical nature of the torso, but it looks really awesome in the punching pose and ready pose at the bottom. Really makes the base figure shine. Nice sculpting work too! I feel this piece was underrated. Nice job all around.
This is my second custom based on this figure and it looks nice only for unique, dynamic heros where is a proper purpose to use this asymetry but I had to extend his right side to look more massive. Thanks a lot for such a kind words bro it cheers me up for next customs
Brillantly made Balrog...your version of Balrog physically and facially looks more accurate to the undon street fighter comics than the sota figure..great vision my friend
Thx mate but truly saying I thought that for this contest you will come up with some real destroyer but even with those chicks you have easly managed to kick almost everyone a$$ congrats
Thx Rudo. I'm just not happy about the quality of the pics and I need to put some additional layers of painting so soon after a little update he will look even better. Cheers
