Time for a new custom...here comes Ghost Rider.
Base body: Neca t800 from the game Terminator 2 Judgment Day (fully articulated).
Spikes made of toothpicks and rubber. Real chains glued on the chest.

The head was totally resculpted with epoxy and all the flames were made of hot glue.

Posable flamed chain (a wire passes through the real chain).

All painted with acrylics and a matte spray sealant.
