I wanted to make Flash figure, so I deceded to make the original first. I started by repainting an Aquamans head and swoing the top part of a Cap suit to the bottom part of a Dare Devil suit to make the uniform. The boots are from a Cap figure I just remove the top part of the boot. The insgnia was made from a piece of vinyl. The helmet was made from a G.I.joe WWII helmet.
