This idea was ripped straight from someone's listing on eBay. Without it, I would have never guessed that Iceman's arms AND head were straight compatible with the Electro body. Electro's head / neck seems way too small to be a proper receiver, but lo and behold, it was. I cut down Electro's shoulder bumps and painted over them to give Iceman maximum range of motion. That was pretty much it. Hens yours with a bid or BiN on eBay. :)
