This was a relatively easy custom, that pulls double duty as X-23 and my Karai. I've no real attachment to the X-23 character but I had the parts and figured I'd attempt to match her up closer with Hadbro's modern Legends figures.

Using the Ultimate Spidergirl body with arms, lower legs, head of the original X-23 figure, AJ Lee hair and belt from Kitty Pryde with metal claws on one hand (mostly because I was torn between adding permanent claws,or not) and some minor paint work.
