Had to make a figure worthy of the Excellence of Execution. He has had some "ok" figures from mattel in the past, mostly depicted from 1996 and before, but practically none from 1997 onwards. I was a massive fan of his in WCW as a kid, and wanted to capture this here. The attire he's wearing is a subtley different one from the usual black/pink combo and was rarely worn only from a handful of appearances, including WCW Uncensored 1998 against Curt Hennig.

I used the Elite 43? Bret which had hardly any details on him. I switched the head and boots with a different Bret to be more accurate.

Then I repainted parts and fully painted the details on.

And there he is, the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be.
