Took awhile for me to approach this idea of a custom but after a few practice figures, I went with it and got my ideal Gambit. The base figure was Blizzard with the coat of Movie Nick Fury, hands from Superior Spider-Man and head from Vision. Sculpted the arms, collar, belt and lower legs as well as the hair. The Vision head didn't have ears so I took them off the movie Nicky Fury head and glued them on after a quick trim.

The staff was made from an old RC controller antenna which was hollow so I trimmed, primed and painted the right silver.
