Delving into Justice League Dark meant I finally had to make Swamp Thing. I've always wanted to, but always found myself stumped with exactly how to go about him. I looked through numerous images and lots of customs before finally deciding to try something different. I went with Rhino because it was the one body type I hadn't seen. And then I just started sculpting on random pieces based on aspects of various images. Added some mossy portions, redid a couple areas, smoothed over some spots, then added roots throughout. I was stuck on the feet, but finally decided to just go with roots. I saw a few images that had that, and I can't quite sculpt up feet yet. I had a head from a 6" Hulk figure that fit well, so I went with that. Sanded away the hair, then resculpted it a bit. Full repaint with multiple greens and a lot of drybrushing, and he was all finished up!
