Derek Powers is the main antagonist of the first season of Batman Beyond. He's the stand out villain of the series to me although his presence is short lived.

His head was an absolute pain to try and get right. I ended up trying to use hot glue over a castes skull to get the right effect, it didn't turn out too well. I'll definitely try to make him again but again how to do the translucent head troubles me. If anyone can offer any advice that'd be great

This was the one of the inspirations for me to make my blight figure!! I think the glue effect actually came out really well for a first attempt, translucent is hard so I for mine I just went with a solid green, love the sleeve effects and tried to go for something similar on mine but a little smaller scale, great work dude!!

Have you ever though of simply using the head that comes on the Blight figure by Hasbro? Their Batman Beyond line was larger and it may fit the 6 inch line of figures you use as a base.

Don't know how I missed this,great figure,looks awesome,you could try the plastic pellets that soften in hot water I'm pretty sure they come in clear, their not bad for small stuff.

Only saw this comment now, apologies on the late reply! I'm not familiar with plastic pellets, would you recommend them? I was thinking of casting the skull then casting it again in green dyed resin
