Voltara was created from a Shield Maiden Sherrilyn body, Tallstar head
, modified Hordak cape, and sculpted breast armor. Includes a repainted 200x Skeletor Havoc staff, Hordak arm bat, and two custom fodder swords.

Voltara, evil electrifying Etherian witch

A new member joins the Horde! She goes by the name Voltara and is a powerful witch who hails from the surroundings of the Valley Of The Lost. She used to use her magic for the good cause, but she turned sour after the love of her life betrayed her. As she was so foolishly blinded by love, her eyes stopped functioning as a result. Luckily, Voltara possesses a third eye; although she can tap into different kinds of dark magic using her ancient staff, her main power is to use the All-Seeing Eye embedded in her hand to shoot powerful electric currents, literally shocking anything alive in her near vicinity! Besides magic, she is also a formidable opponent in hand-to-hand combat, wielding her two electrically charged swords! Because of her past experience, she despises men in general and therefore doesn’t trust Hordak one bit. Nevertheless, she chose to join the Horde for the time being to find out Hordak’s weaknesses, planning to eventually overthrow him and become the new Horde leader. Her wish is to rule Etheria with all the other Horde ladies as her all-female elite squad, thereby downgrading the male Hordesmen to lesser positions…
