I love this design. I didn't know anything about him when I stumbled across it, and didn't see many customs of him either. Since I was coming up on a villains run, it seemed like a great time to give this obscure guy a go. As a bonus, he actually is a powerhouse villain. He's pretty much just the devil. Offers heroes and villains alike powers in exchange for their souls. Didn't look up a list of victims, though. First thing I saw was something about a few of them getting out of the deal. lol Used a head from Doc Samson and a cape from Grim Reaper. Sculpted up all the additions to the body and the shoulder pieces on the cape. Full repaint, and done!
