Even after Deadpool came out, I still refer to this design as the Ryan Reynolds Deadpool. And somehow people still know this is the one I'm talking about. So, Wolverine Origins is a weird movie for me. I hate it, but there's enough little things I like about it that I can still watch it. Seeing Wolverine and Sabretooth team up was awesome, I'm happy to just finally see Gambit on screen, enjoyed the bit with Blob, and Ryan Reynolds proved why he should play Deadpool. This was actually one of the first customs I did. Back when I was still using the Wolverine Origins bodies to learn on. I've wanted to revisit it since I've gotten much better, but kept procrastinating. It was seeing Logan that finally made me jump on it. So, I'm hoping to have more Wolverine related projects done soon. Sculpted up the shirt and the upper legs. Then sculpted the straps for his sheaths. Swapped out the lower legs for some random Joe legs. Used the sheaths from the Wolverine Origins comic style Deadpool, and a head from a Green Lantern movie figure. Swords were probably from a Snake Eyes figure. Full repaint, and finally have a rendition I'm happy with under my belt!
