Ever since I started sculpting more, projects have gotten much simpler. Just get a base body, then add on the rest. I wanted a villain to go in this batch, and Steel Serpent really seemed like the only character to go with. I've done some of his designs before, but I don't quite remember making this one. I think I did, but I'm not sure. It's such a weird look. Sculpted up the belt and collar. Used an Iron Fist head, full repaint, and done!
