I started this after seeing the episode of Arrow which featured our favorite chain smoking occult collector. The recipe was so simple, I couldn't resist. Just took a Batman Begins Gordon, carved off the suit jacket and painted the pants black and necktie red. Repainted the face of a GOTG Peter Quill to give him the complexion of someone who doesn't often get a good night's sleep...and lives in England. I think it came together really well and just in time for this contest. Input/comments/critiques always welcome.
