I decided to revisit this figure and make some alterations. First up, the hands had to go. I gave him fists from the fodder bin. He may not be able to salute his Führer anymore, but at least he can punch his enemies now. For some reason, the head wasn't articulated, so I reconstructed the neck so the head can now turn. Finally, new paints.

This looks class, idea stolen, my only critique would be to spend abit of time sanding to get a smoother paint finish in some areas, this would look production then, cool

You mean the paint on the gloves? I think it makes it look textured
