loads of foam and plaster and lots of sand. Carved, sculpted and painted by hand. Teeth and painted toothpicks. Tendril and tentacles are from some dollarstore squid bath toys. I still have some work to do, and need to get my hands on a a Skiff (or build one)

I always wondered why they never made a Scarlaac pit back in the day

I remember having a Star Wars board game that had a pit that I would use for my figures.
