I had a spare lord asriel from the golden compass with no head. I also had a Star Wars the force awakens Finn with no body. I based the idea off of a trampy like Punisher who doesn't care about how he looks, but what he does.

The Finn head fitted the body with no modifications.

I cut down the coat a significant amount to make it look more like a jacket.

I then began by painting the flesh using a mixture of acrylic paint. After I painted the whole body black also using acrylic paint .

I then painted a sloppy skull using white acrylic paint and then painting the black details on top of it. For the blood I used red gloss and smudged it after applying.
