So, since I am a big fan of the classic "Saga of the Super Sons" from World's Finest Comics written by Bob Haney, and since I already had done a Superman, Jr. figure, I got to thinking about what might the offspring of other DC Characters who appeared in the Super Sons stories (the universe of the Super Sons only seemed to have three other established super-heroes besides Superman and Batman, namely Aquaman, Green Arrow, and the Flash), I decided I should start with Aquaman, Jr. The son of Aquaman's look is based entirely upon his appearance on the "Batman: The Brave and the Bold" animated series, where he wore a variation on his father's classic Ocean Warrior camouflage costume.
So, to do this figure, I took a DC Universe Classics Ocean Warrior Aquaman figure, and used the boil and pop method to remove his head. Next, I repeated the boil and pop method on a DC Universe Classics Wave 2 Arthur Joseph Curry Aquaman variant figure, and attached that head with longer hair and younger features to the headless Ocean Warrior Aquaman, and TA-DA...Aquaman, Jr., son of Aquaman!!!
Please let me know what you guys think of him, and as always, comments are appreciated.
