Been working on this guy in the background for a couple months now. I intended for my next GI Joe character to be Kamakura, but I actually got a few recommendations for Serpentor recently. Specifically coming off my Emperor Vulcan figure. When I posted him around I got a few suggestions to try Serpentor in the same build. Just a few color changes. I really liked the idea, so I decided to give it a go. Added sculpted to the upper torso, lower torso, sculpted up the shoulders, the bracers, and the legs. Head was a cast from AngelForge with a cape from the movie Thor. I'm not sure if that's the right staff for him, but it was the closest I had, at least. Full repaint, with a rather tedious Cobra emblem, and done!
