This is my first attemp at making a custom figure so I am aware that there are a lot of things that I could have done better.
I took a NECA Ninja Gaiden and sculpted the IDW's Shredder helmet over its head with apoxy clay. The cape is poseable, I made it using some red cloth and flexible wires, also, I had to learn how to sew. Then, I did a little sculpting for the armor, spikes and the bandages in Shredder´s forearms and used apoxy clay and small wires for the hand blades. Finally, I finished the figure with a little paint job and a lot of patience.
