The BossFightStudios bodies are growing on me. Mostly because you see a blank and you immediately think, "I can be so lazy with that design!" And that's quite exciting. I saw the chrome body, realized I still had a surf board left, and immediately thought about making Silver Surfer. But, then I saw Rayne do the same thing. I had already ordered mine, so I set it aside for a while before I decided to try him in a darker design. Not quite Dark Surfer levels, since I did a few more coats to brighten him up a little, but it definitely looks close in the images. He actually looks a little brighter in hand. Sanded down the ears on the bald head, and then a full repaint. Was a fun little bonus project.
