I saw a 'Dark Victory' Commissioner Gordon at TRU and bought him for $7.50! Popped off the head and took his accessories. Then I took the legs from LCBH Judge Dredd and dry brushed the boots white. I sanded down the chains on Xorns' upper body, slapped on some apoxie sculpt to make the bullet proof vest and started detailing with my detail pen. Oncethe apoxie was dry I did a black base coat over the upper body as well as the arms. I then began detailing the vest. Once the paint had dried on the vest I added the head. It fir quite nicely if I do say so myself! Then I realized Xorn's hands were off color so I painted them with my model masters tan color. Perfect match with the figures face. Now you have a Tim Sale Commissioner Gordon with TONS of articulation!
