Base is a Punisher from the Urban Legends 4-pack. Replaced the arms with the Movie Punisher along with a couple of the rifles and handguns. Boots are from a WWE figure, coat borrowed from Blade. Also added some additional guns like the shotgun, MP5 and a revolver. Skull vest was sculpted then painted with Silver and Red. Finally, fixed the face and his hair while also adding cuts and bruises.
