this is a custom figure a guy asked me to make of Willa from the classic 80's Thundercats cartoon series.
I used a Beach Queens Girls und panzer Nischizumi Maho figure as a base & sculpted her hair & outfit using a product called 'Fixit Sculpt'.
She was then painted with humbrol enamel paints.
