Another C-List villain I've not had a chance to do before now. Used hands from Ironfist, head from an old ass Punisher and a cape from Dracula. Used layers of black and grey primers to get a gradiated look.

Very cool GG! My only critique would be that you should've added his mask & drawn black lines on his gloves/boots.
