This look is based on his 2002 return to WWE, after he left the NWO and stuck around for a few months. He looked badass in his red and yellow tie-dye and came to the ring with the awesome "Voodoo Child" by Jimi Hendrix.

I used about 4 different figures to make this Hogan, swapping the torso and adding boots by chopping up the lower legs to make him not so tall. Added screws to act as pegs.

The beard, tights and boots were all painted, and I added the feather boa.

Simple enough, but the paint job was the hardest part.

I'm pretty happy with it!
