After making a new Space Ghost, I realized I hadn't made his evil counterpart in years. I love evil counterparts, so I had to update him. Does Birdman have an evil counterpart? I can't remember. I had forgotten about Space Specter myself. He only appeared in one, maybe two episodes. An alternate reality variation of Space Ghost. Sculpted up the belt and bracers, then sanded down the head a little bit. Cut the collar off a Vision cape, repainted it, and glued it in place. Full repaint, and done! Even got a shot of the pair of them together.
