I've been trying to figure this one out for awhile, but I'm happy with how he turned out.
Surfer here is made-up from.....DCD Monk (indigo lantern) as the base, lower legs from a NECA Kratos, forearms from 2 Lion-O's (new thundercats), hands from ML Iron Fist, feet from a NECA Engineer & head from a MS Daredevil. surfboard was cutout from cardboard, shoulder armor from a Magic Tiger fig, belt area from a NECA Predator & weapons from fodder.
