For this custom, I used a DCUC Captain Atom figure and a DCUC New 52 Superman head. I added the belt and shoe buckles from various fodder pieces, and the cape is from a DCUC Spectre figure. I sculpted the tri-corner hat and printed the flag on his chest. I think it makes a great addition to my Project Superpowers Golden Age set.
