My first custom ever! I used a Will Turner Dead Man's Chest Disney Store Exclusive as the base and used Milliput to sculpt the lower pants and boots. I also used it to smooth out the upper tunic and add fur around the coat and cuffs.The coat and lower tunic or kilt, come from the "Strider" LotR figure.

I added cheeks, a different nose, and a wider forehead to the face. While I wasn't super happy with the likeness, I think the whole thing came together when painted!
