To make Vulture, I had to sand down a Silvermane head, remove Darkhawk's shoulder pads and chest gem, and do a LOT of green coats. He's on eBay and ends July 5th!

Thanks. Not as decrepit as the box set figure's head, but I'll take what Marvel will give me. I forgot to mention I had to sand / dremel ears for him.
