This is Blackout, the short lived Avengers Villain. He apparently died from a brain hemhorage after nearly defeating the Avengers as a member of the Master of Evil in the Undersiege storyline. His base is series 3 Wolverine with some paint and super sculpey for his head piece. I glued a base onto a stand to simulate his flying disk made from his dark force power. Hope you like him!
