I've used as a base Vance Astro, which is the perfect generic body, and sculpted feet, little wings, nipples, trunks, belt and bracelets. The head is from series 2 Namor, the best of the whole Legends line, and that was before digital sculpting became the norm. He has two interchangeable left hands, one of them open, from the white Iron Fist, and the other one is the original.

Needless to say that I've already got rid of that hideous Namor from the Ronan series, there's no comparison!

This is a really awesome Namor. I customized one a few years back using a generic Mattel WWE buck with some bare feet and the amazing Toybiz Namor head, but have been thinking of doing an upgrade on the Vance, Grim, Cap, Red Guardian buck. The problem is the paint rub on the shoulders on these bucks. How did you deal with it ? Sanding ? Cracking it open ? Ok, then. And again... GREAT JOB !!!

I've used a dremel for that problem, wihtout disassembling anything. Sanded the shoulders themselves very little to keep their shape, the trick is to sand the parts of the pecs where the shoulders touch in certain positions. But yeah, it was a pain.

Thanks! I've sculpted them individually with epoxy,row by row, letting each row cure and sanding it a little before moving to the next one.
