Serpentor was a creation by Dr. Mindbender using the DNA of history's worst tyrants including but not limited to Vlad Tepes, Rasputin, and Walt Disney.

Admittedly this is definitely a conceptual representation of the character instead of a direct translation. I made the Cobra Emperor using an MOTUC for the body, ML Cottonmouth's head, the hood from a TMNT Scale Tail, and a couple of cheap rubber snakes. I was going to repaint the coppery portions with shiny gold but my wife said it looked like rose-gold as it was and she liked that better so I left it...for now....
