I listed the figure as 4.5 inches tall, but to the tip of her ear she's actually 6.5 inches, just a tidbit for interested parties. In the late 90's and early 00's the Archie Sonic comic's art style fell into the same pattern of "extreme!" as most other comics from the time period, becoming less cartoonish and more...I guess anthro is the best term I can think of. The characters got taller and more humanlike in their proportions, looking less like the Mickey Mouse inspired designs from the video games and more like the SWAT Kats or other 90's cartoons. Now I know this style degenerated and it got REALLY bad before they started going back to the video game inspired designs, but it actually looked pretty good for a couple years, and I do have more than a little nostalgia for them. Then I saw these EQG minis and I immediately thought "wow...these things look A LOT like the characters from the Sonic comic from around 2000 or so..." Well I finally went ahead and made myself a Bunnie figure in that style, and I think it looks really nice. It is mostly a Fluttershy but with Applejack's head since the cowboy hat is the perfect desgin, she has a hand from a Wave figure, and all her other details (ears, muzzle, jacket, breasts, tail, and cybernetic details on her left arm and legs as well as her left hand) are made out of apoxie sculpt. Please wait... |

by coincidence she scales almost perfectly with Jazwares' 5 inch Sonic, isn't that awesome?
