The base of the figure is Haldir from the Helms Deep multi-pack. I cut the torso armor off and used the armor from Faramir. I used milliput to alter the armor to match his in the Battle of the Five Armies.

I sent a LOT of time on the face. I added a bigger bridge to the nose, filled in the cheeks, squared up the jaw, rounded the forehead, added elf ears, and eye brows. Unfortunately, the head does not move. The ball-joint broke while I was making it but with the hair as it is, the head wouldn't have been able to move a lot anyways.

The hair came from a random WWE wrestler but I sculpted the hair that frames the face out of milliput. The crown is a necklace from a GOT Tyrion figure.

I know that Thranduil doesn't have armor on the lower half of his body but I loved the detail on the Haldir figure so much, I couldn't bring myself to remove it. So I took a little creative license, but it is still very elvish.
