Been curious to make a new Captain Atom for a while. No real reason. Just because. He was, I believe, the leader of Extreme Justice, so it was a chance to remake him and try a slightly different design. Still not the best at sculpting hair, though. I'm trying to work out proper layering. And then I can start fixing up more anime style designs. The head came from the Infinite Heroes Captain Atom, with additional hair sculpted on. Full repaint to the rest of the figure, and done!
