Lots of sanding, cutting. TONS of sculpting. The wings are two separate pieces which can be detachable as well as the sholder pieces, also sholder pieces can go up and down. Head sculpted from scratch.

That paint app is amazing great job. My only complaint is the pics themselves, closer pics of the figure and less busy background would show it off a lot better
