Having preserved the shell of his dead body for thousands of years through Sith Alchemy, Darth Nimortious finds no reason to transfer his immortal evil soul into another unworthy vessel. Completely consumed by ancient and pure Dark Side magic, his will enernally burns to extinguish the light side of the force, and become supreme ruler of the sith. All his body (though only a skeleton with stringy dry tendons) has been preserved except for his left arm,which serves as a reminder of his genocide on the so called "Gray" Jedi and Sith, who mocked the force in their pathetic, sickening attempts to live in "peace" with each other. Little does the now long gone skeletal Sith warrior of old know... His efforts were for nothing as the "grey" is about to enter the Galaxy far, far away once again...
