Using the Marvel Legends Havok, I took apoxy to the arms and chest to make the blue design. I used a head from a DCD First Appearance Flash figure, then sculpted the mask and hair. The escrima sticks are just nails with filed down points and heads. I also placed magnets in the blue of his back as a way for him to store the sticks.
