I made Chip Hazard because the original figures do not move and lack detail. He was made with a SDCC Guile base,Chip Hazard head,GI Joe accessories, and hands I had laying around. The sleeves, gloves,and neck areas were sculpted. I used testers model masters acrylic paints.  Please wait... |
