Man I am so proud of this figure!

Like Deaditor did for his custom Dwalin, I used Thorin for the base.

Body:Thorin
Head:Thorn
Legs:Thorin
Upper Arm:Tyrion (GoT)
Forearm:Kraven the Hunter (Spider-Man)
Hands:Kraven the Hunter (Spider-Man)

I repainted the body and addedore fur to his boots. The under shirt detail came from the Kraven figure and used Thorin's tunic, though I cut quite a bit off to make it right. The belt came from a Captain Jack Sparrow. The upper body fur came from a WWE El Torito figure amd the cross straps came from a Ninja Turtle figure. I used a washer and flattend it with a hammer to get the right look.

The hand details came from the tips of 2 Thorin sheilds.

The head I used kitchen sears and nail clippers to chip away the access hair and then I used a file to sand it all down. The rest was all sculpted.

I added bags under his eyes, bulked up his forehead, broaden his nose and brow. Added eyebrows and scars. He is one of my favorite sculpts!

Awesome job man! my Dwalin is taking forever, but this is inspiring me to finish! I love all the details! Using the Thorin head was smart but that's a lot of dremeling off hair! Great work all around!

Finger-nail clippers!!

I was able to chip the hair off in less than 15 minutes.

I have 3 types. Flat, concaved inward, concaved outward. They are my most valued and used tools in these customs.

When I started I used to use finger nail clippers hahaha. Also pencil sharpener blades. Now I use a Swiss Army knife.

Thanks for the shout out! Nice job on this, I love my Dwalin also he is a kick ass Dwarf as Graham McTavish put it hahah! I think Dwalin is probably the only guy you can really make from a Thorin base, because all the other Dwarves are shorter or stockier, but Dwalin works perfectly. Nice nose and face job!
