This is another custom that I did ages back. I was a huge fan of the War for Cybertron designs due to it being new and unique and it was also what got me back into collecting Tf's toys.

I decided to do a Nemesis prime version about a year after the figure was released. To me, Prime's WFC design was just perfect as the base for his dark counterpart with the overall dark and menacing design (to me at least)

It's just a simple repaint and Prime is non transformable. To really make Nemesis more evil and warlike. I gave him a samurai sword from the Samurai Spawn figure and give the blade a blood red basecoat. The WFC axe would have been nice but I couldn't afford the price that a 3rd party maker was charging for at that time nor could I find a suitable replacement.

The wolf and skull icons you see on his chest, arms and legs were taken from Warhammer 40K Space Marine vehicle sprues mainly Black Templar & Space Wolfs. The icons were glued on hence one the reasons why Nemesis can't transform anymore.

Despite the simple paintjob and beginner's mistakes. (Not prepping and cleaning the figure beforehand) Nemesis is still one of my all time favorite custom.
