Here's a fun one I started around the same time I was making my King Thorin but I originally was trying to work out a removable hat. After much testing I decided that as his hat is iconic I should just keep it on him. As I made this a year ago and so my sculpting has improved since then but as it is it's not too bad. I made it from a Pelenor fields Aragorn made the mouth bigger and made his big teeth and reshape s the nose and brow etc then sculpted features like a couple spots and his mono brow. I made him hunched short and used parts from three or four differexr aragorns that worked out to be a decent height. Then I made his belt buckle belt coat from witchking robes as to get a black fur and ragged look and then the button parts. I also took the liberty of making a fish based off his first scene. So yeah that's Alfred Lickspittle, simple custom but effective.
